Don't let anyone other than your own heart tell you what you can or can't reach for. You know that place inside of you, that voice that encourages you on, that place that knows longing. It's the gut feeling, the heart feeling, the intuition. Listen to that voice. For it's the one that will lead you to a life most aligned with you.

The tricky part is not to confuse this voice for the voice of our cultural programming, or the voice of our early care givers or teachers or people of authority. They aren't you, so they don't actually know what your soul is yearning for. Only you can hear that voice.

Falling in love with my leggings all over again. 20 minutes ago I was in the garden, kneeling in wet dirt. Now, my knees are just about fully dry, and you can't even see any dirt or mud!
