Water Main Break 6164 Thorold Stone Rd

Please be advised that a water
main break has occurred on Thorold Stone Rd.

Due to the extensive restoration
work that must be undertaken to repair the water main, Thorold
Stone Rd will experience water
interruptions from Sinnicks Av to Portage Rd., as well as Portage Rd
from Elizabeth St to just North of Thorold Stone Rd.

Thorold Stone Rd will be down to 1 Lane for both West
bound & East bound (each) traffic from Portage Rd to Sinnicks Av

Emergency access will be
available during this repair.

This road closure and water
interruption have an expected duration of approximately 8 to 10 hours.

The water may be slightly
discoloured and off tasting after the interruption. This will disappear shortly
after resuming use of the water. Running your cold water tap only, will help
resolve the problem.

The City of Niagara Falls will make every effort
to minimize the restoration time and appreciates your patience. For further
