This 25,400 sq. ft. industrial space is being built for SmartTrend Manufacturing, which will use roughly 90% of the building for bus production.
Above the production floor: a 15,000 sq. ft. mezzanine with offices, shared spaces, showers, and glass walls overlooking the operation.
Looking forward to revealing the finish product on this one!
Progress at Capri Flats. 🏗️
A lot has changed since our last update.
The roof is going on, interiors are underway, and there’s plenty more taking shape across the site.
At 1819 Pembina Highway, this 240-unit apartment building is hitting some major milestones both inside and out, bringing the project one step closer to completion.

A closer look at The Zü.
From the street-facing architecture to the details tucked throughout the building, the project was designed to feel connected to its Osborne Village surroundings.
Clean lines, warm materials, considered outdoor spaces, and plenty of small details come together to create something that feels both modern and lived-in.

From a Winnipeg staple to a new place to call home, The Zü is a contemporary multi-resident project built with its surroundings in mind.
This building brings a different kind of energy to the corner. With commercial space for local businesses, like Sottobraccio shared spaces like the elevated patio, for residents, and design details like the large scale mural by Rachel Lancaster - Your Winnipeg Mural Artist that give the building its own character.

We were proud to partner in the construction of the Women’s Health Clinic Midwifery Care Centre, also known as Ode’imin Women’s Health Clinic.
This project transformed a former 12,000 sq. ft. Safeway building into a thoughtfully designed healthcare facility, complete with a 3,000 sq. ft. addition. The building’s original structure inspired a unique architectural approach that reimagined the existing space, creating warm transition areas, protected corridors, and inviting gathering spaces throughout.
Every detail was carefully considered to create a welcoming, accessible environment for both healthcare providers and the families they serve. From specialized birthing suites and exam rooms to counselling, education, and meeting spaces, the facility was designed to prioritize comfort, privacy, and compassionate care at every stage.
We’re honoured to have played a role in bringing this important community healthcare facility to life.
