He’s made quite an impact on our Polled Hereford calf crop this year. His Candy 49F daughter pictured below blew up our messages yesterday, so we thought we’d tell you a little more about him.

His Carcass EPD’s and dark colour and pigmentation is what first appealed to us most. We had a chance to visit John Loewen’s herd in Oklahoma to see L70’s dam, full sister and maternal brother. After that tour we knew his semen should come to 🇨🇦, so we partnered with some friends spread out from coast to coast. He’s left us with stout, shapely, eye appealing offspring that indeed carry his strong EPD profile and goggles!
