Hi😊 I’m Blair, the owner and face behind .therapy ~ here are 5 fun facts about me!

1. I grew up in Olds, went away for University but my roots were deep and Alberta called me back home, I’m definitely a small town girl at heart and feel lucky to call Olds home and start a business in this beautiful, vibrant community😄
2. I live my life laughing and have what I like to call a Sunshine mind where I see the glass half full and look for the best in people. Play is very important to me and in my humble opinion, undervalued in this day and age. I laugh a lot in my sessions with kiddos and truly think they are the most hilarious, special people on earth💫☀️☀️☀️
3. I got engaged over Christmas and am now planning a wedding with my now fiancé, Jordan! Wedding planning is not for the faint of heart even for an organized person like myself😅💍 It’ll all be worth it in the end🤍
4. I have a very sweet Silver Labrador named Duke that sneaks into the majority of my virtual sessions with clients, when he isn’t sleeping that is😆🐾
5. I am also a Yoga Teacher, and Health & Wellness is a vital pillar in my world. I try to incorporate movement & yoga breaks with my kids whenever possible. Learning how to get our body and our mind in a state where we are ready to learn is so important🧘🏼‍♀️🧠🙌🏼

The last few weeks have been so fun!
