Future Paths Network
A grassroots organization facilitating connections to community resources & programming. Supporting BIPOC youth out of foster care.
Future Paths Network is a grassroots organization dedicated to supporting Black youth in their transition out of the foster care system. Focusing on an underserved niche, our mission is to facilitate the growth of strong, resilient, and engaged individuals who are seamlessly integrated into their communities. By providing mentorship services and fostering community engagement, we empower these young individuals to build meaningful relationships, thus promoting their psychosocial development and overall well-being. In a landscape where resources for black youth leaving the foster care system are limited, We recognize that Black youth in care face distinct challenges, and we are committed to filling the gap by providing them with a safe space to nurture connections and create a community that aligns with their aspirations.
