The Ride For Dad team is heading to Calypso Waterpark for Night Waves on August 7th — and we're bringing the motorcycles with us. Come slide, swim and snap a photo on a bike while you're at it.

Save the date! Join us on Saturday, September 12th at Wi******er District Memorial Hospital for a prostate cancer awareness event, where PSA blood testing will be available for free to those eligible. Ten minutes could add years to your life. We hope to see you there.

The OSC is pleased to offer a ⭐FREE Enhanced Motorcycle Training Course⭐ this season. This course is free, fully subsidized by the City of Ottawa through the Safer Roads Ottawa (SRO) program. It is open to all riders with the following:

- M2 license or higher
- Your own motorcycle that is licenced, insured, and road-worthy & Proper riding gear

- Motorcycle experience doesn’t mean invincibility.
- This course is designed for ALL riders to refresh their fundamental riding skills and stay sharp on the road.
- Because confidence is good—but skill is everything.

We brought the Ride For Dad energy indoors for an incredible spin class but kept the mission the same: raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer. The energy in the room was unreal, proving that no matter the bike, this community shows up.

June 6th was a day we won't forget. The rain held off for the ride, the roads filled up, and Ottawa came together in the most incredible way. To every rider who showed up, every volunteer who gave up their morning (and their whole day!), and every supporter cheering from the sidelines - thank you. Truly.
As of Ride day, we raised over $214,000 for prostate cancer research and funds are still rolling in. You have until October 31, 2026 to collect pledges, so keep going. You have the chance to win some great prizes. Every dollar matters more than you know. We are so grateful for this community. 🏍️

Ride For Dad Charity Spin Class at Where I Thrive | June 17th at 6:30pm

Just in time for Father's Day, let's ride for the dads in our lives. On June 17th, every bike on the floor will be fighting prostate cancer and backing men's health right here in Ottawa. We've got local ICU preventative health advocate Kwadcast joining us and every participant foes home with a sample of his Gyata Nutrition protein powder. One lucky rider walks away with our door prize: a complimentary health assessment from MindStride Health.
