Focus Graphite Inc.
(π¨π¦ FMS | πΊπΈ FCSMF | π©πͺ FKC0) is advancing two of North America's highest-grade graphite projects, targeting dual-use civilian and defence with ESG and battery innovation.

The global battery materials market is projected to grow from USD $92.78 billion in 2026 to USD $187.23 billion by 2032βa 12.37% CAGR.
That growth isnβt being driven by EVs alone. Defence, autonomous systems, drones, grid storage and advanced electronics are rapidly increasing demand for secure battery supply chains.
Every battery starts with critical materials.
High-purity graphite is strategic. North American supply is essential.
Sovereignty starts with supply. π¨π¦

China's temporary suspension of export controls on dual-use graphite and materials expires November 10, 2026.
If the restrictions return, so does a familiar reality: tighter licensing, constrained supply and greater uncertainty for manufacturers.
Meanwhile, according to Research and Markets, the advanced carbon materials market is projected to grow from US$15.6B in 2025 to US$118.3B by 2033 - a 29.5% CAGR.

China's advantage in graphite isn't just mining. It's processing.
The fewer processing steps required to produce a premium feedstock, the more competitive the supply chain can become. That's why today's result matters.
Our latest pilot processed ore averaging 18.9% total carbon and produced graphite concentrate grading up to 98.7% carbon through conventional mechanical processing alone.
π₯No thermal purification.
π§ͺNo chemical purification.
Just the inherent quality of the hashtag deposit and a conventional flotation flowsheet.
For comparison, battery anode materials typically require purities exceeding 99.95% carbon after multiple downstream processing steps.
Starting with concentrate grading up to 98.7% carbon has the potential to simplify what comes next while creating greater downstream optionality.
A traceable North American graphite supply chain begins with exceptional geology and becomes commercially differentiated through processing.
Stay tuned for more updates.

Secure supply chains start at the source.
The White House has made its priorities clear: strengthen defense supply chains, reduce reliance on foreign sources and accelerate qualification of allied critical materials.
Graphite sits at the centre of that challenge.
- πΊπΈ The U.S. remains 100% import reliant on natural graphite (U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), 2025).
- π China controls more than 90% of global refined graphite production (International Energy Agency (IEA), 2026).
- π¨π¦ Canada offers what allied supply chains need: premium graphite resources, established transportation infrastructure, and clean hydroelectric power
And scale does not have to mean billions in upfront capital.
Lac Knife combines North Americaβs highest-grade natural flake graphite deposit with existing infrastructure and an initial project CAPEX of approximately US$175 million based on the 2023 Feasibility Study exchange rate.
Higher grade. Lower capital intensity. Shorter supply lines.
Know the source. Secure the chain.

Today, we're pleased to announce the completion of our Access Road Desktop Study for the Lac Knife Graphite Project and the selection of a preferred access corridor. The Study identified a route that maximizes the use of existing transportation infrastructure while creating the potential to reduce future infrastructure capital requirements and strengthen the overall development profile of the Project.
This work builds on the recent support we received through Natural Resources Canada (NRCan)'s First and Last Mile Fund and represents another important step in systematically advancing Lac Knife toward a shovel-ready development stage.
As we move into the 2026 field season, our team is focused on progressing the engineering, environmental, permitting, and Indigenous engagement activities that will continue to drive the Project forward.

As nations move to secure the critical mineral foundations of future industrial and defence capabilities, the importance of large-scale graphite resources in stable allied jurisdictions continues to grow.
Today, Focus Graphite Inc. filed the NI 43-101 Technical Report supporting the updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for Lac TΓ©tΓ©pisca, one of the largest identified graphite deposits globally.
With Lac Knife providing a pathway toward near-term development and Lac TΓ©tΓ©pisca establishing a multi-generational resource base, Focus is building an integrated graphite platform designed to support resilient North American supply chains.
The resource is defined. The next step is transforming scale into value through metallurgical optimization, engineering, and a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).

Battery demand isn't slowing.
Recent industry forecasts from Research and Markets project significant growth in lithium-ion battery materials demand through the end of the decade as EVs, grid storage, AI infrastructure, and industrial electrification continue to scale.
Graphite remains the largest component of a lithium-ion by weight.
Securing supply chains starts with securing the materials that make them possible.
