We’re also celebrating the ideas and accomplishments of this year’s Versaterm Innovation Award winners, highlighting the creative and unique ways our partner agencies are using Versaterm technology to drive better outcomes for their organizations and communities.

Modern public safety technology must adapt as the mission evolves. Flagstaff Police Department is leading a multi-jurisdictional initiative with Versaterm’s cloud-based CAD and RMS to connect dispatch, records and wellness across the region. The result is a stronger experience for the people doing the work and the communities counting on it.

This effort spans the Flagstaff Police Department, Flagstaff Fire Department, Coconino County Sheriff's Office, Northern Arizona University Police Department and several fire agencies throughout Coconino County. A dedicated committee led by Flagstaff PD, Coconino County SO and NAU PD shaped the project, and their close collaboration made this milestone possible.
