FOPT is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of Indigenous-led work that is grounded in community, culture, research, mental health, and systems change.

We’re currently hiring for:

✨ Programming Coordinator
✨ Research Assistants
✨ Mental Health Counsellors
✨ Clinical Supervisors

These roles support different parts of our work, from youth programming and ceremonies, to community-based research, counselling, clinical supervision, and Indigenous mental health services.

We are strongly seeking Indigenous applicants for all roles. We will also consider applicants with lived experience in Indigenous contexts, the right credentials, and a clear commitment to respectful, community-grounded practice.
