Here are a few steps I recommend my clients take when their fabric arrives with defects…
Actually none. 😄
When you order fabric through me, this is absolutely not something you need to worry about. If the fabric arrives damaged, flawed, or simply not good enough for your project, I will take care of everything with the supplier and make sure we receive a proper replacement at no extra cost or inconvenience to you.
My job is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible, so you can simply enjoy watching your project come together.
The only exception is when you provide your own fabric. If we discover defects during the work and there isn’t enough usable fabric to complete the project, then the replacement or supplier issue would need to be handled by you.
So, when you order fabric through Stitch Lab Studio, fabric problems are my problem ,not yours. 😊
