Happy belated birthday to Kris! 🎂
We didn't get to celebrate on the actual day yesterday because the team was tied up with some important training, but we made sure to catch up today.
We decided to skip the numbered candles this year—partly as a show of respect to our local fire department, and partly because Kris’s actual age remains a strictly classified secret. 😉
If you happen to see Kris out on a job site, make sure to give him a shout and wish him a happy birthday! We’re lucky to have him on the team.

Not all days are job site days. Today, a couple of the guys wrapped up their Fall Arrest Working at Heights recertification courses.
As you can clearly tell by Will's face, safety training is an absolute barrel of laughs (or maybe he's just questioning his life choices). 😅
Jokes aside, keeping our team up to date on safety is top priority so everyone gets to go home safely at the end of the day.

Today, we’re sending a massive happy birthday shout-out to our second-in-command, Nathan! 🎂
We call him the second boss around here, which is a title he wears proudly. After all, we all know Nicole is the one actually running the show—Nathan just gets to hold the clipboard. 😉
To celebrate, the crew was treated to an incredible custom ice cream cake made by Nathan's own mother, Sharon. It was absolutely delicious and didn't last more than five minutes with this crowd! 🍦🤤
