From Inanimate to Inviting: The Mountain Star Cabin Transformation!

Transformations like these require time, planning, and meticulous procurement. Our goal was to create a space that is bright, relaxing, and warm. A perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. This project unfolded over a span of 12 months, involving a complete home renovation. But we were so happy with how it turned out!

This specific desk was crafted by the lovely .streams .We required a compact desk solution for our clients in a challenging space. Since they occasionally work remotely, it was essential to create a designated area for them to utilize when needed. Unfortunately, we had only a limited space to work with, but fortunately, we found the ideal fit!

This bright, modern design perfectly captures the stunning location with Mount Currie as the showstopper! We've chosen furniture that enhances the view without overshadowing it, making the space vibrant and welcoming.

Every piece is picked to complement the aesthetic and let the scenery shine. I think we'd be pretty happy sipping morning coffee with these mountain views or cozy nights with friends and family...the dream!

Let's talk Penny Tile!

Known for its small, coin-sized circles, penny tile has been a fixture in interiors since the early 1900s. It became a favourite in bathrooms, kitchens, and public spaces because it’s durable, provides good grip, and can wrap around tricky surfaces.

These days, this timeless material is returning with a fresh twist. Soft neutrals, tonal variations, and subtle patterns are breathing new life into penny tile, giving it a modern vibe while keeping the charm and craftsmanship that have always made it special.

We love it for this very reason: it brings nostalgia without feeling old-fashioned. A beautiful detail that adds loads of texture and personality to any space.
