Here's an update on some changes that are taking place in our office!

Tl;Dr
1) Todd is moving his practice on Oct 1
2) Susan and I will be relocating and in new spot Dec 1
3) New JaneApp for Susan and I will be setup and running by Monday, Sept 21. (unwindmassage.janeapp.com)

Now! For those who would like more details, here is the scoop!

Our lease for our current space is up at the end of November. Combined with the proposed construction for the parking lot behind us, we realized we would have to move. In our search for a suitable office it quickly became apparent that we weren't going to be able to find a space that could accommodate all three of us and our varied needs/constraints.

Todd has been able to secure an office space for himself, and he's been talking to his in person clients. More info will be coming from him via email/text/announcement for those who book with him.

For Susan and I, we have been able to find a space that will work for both of us, and allow me to expand my offerings. Once the paperwork is signed and official, I will put out another notice with address change, etc.

Because Todd is leaving in 2 weeks, Susan and I will be launching a JaneApp account for the two of us in the next few days. So if you book on-line look out for a Welcome email, and know you will need to update your App/website access to unwindmassage.janeapp.com to be able to find us and book.

If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out! All of our contact info is currently staying the same!

🔥 Heads up! A campfire ban is now in effect in Penticton.

As of noon today, all open burning, including campfires and fireworks, is prohibited.

Local folx: More construction!

💧 Work will begin this month to upgrade aging water infrastructure, helping to improve reliability and access to water for years to come.

🚧 Construction starts in the Wiltse neighbourhood with a watermain replacement. Crews will install a new feeder main along Dartmouth, Balsam and part of Evergreen.

This project also involves repaving and adding a new sidewalk on Balsam Ave.

The City is contacting residents, the school and daycares in the area directly to provide further details.
