Your faja should evolve with your recovery 🖤
Post-op compression isn’t one-size-fits-all. And the garment you need immediately after surgery may not be the garment you need as your recovery progresses.
STAGE 1 — PROTECT
Early recovery is about support, protection and accommodating swelling. Compression is generally gentler with more coverage while the body begins to heal.
STAGE 2 — SCULPT
Often introduced around the 2–4+ week mark, once cleared by your surgeon. As swelling decreases, compression typically becomes firmer and more structured, providing increased support and contouring.
STAGE 3 — DEFINE
Later in recovery, garments can become more structured and waist-defining, with less coverage and a more discreet fit under everyday clothing.
The important part? The stages are a guide — not a countdown.
Your procedure, swelling, incisions, healing and your surgeon’s protocol should determine when you transition — not simply the number of weeks since surgery.
More compression doesn’t automatically mean better compression.
The right garment. The right compression. At the right stage of healing.
Always follow your surgeon’s post-operative instructions and obtain clearance before changing your level of compression.
POST OP COLLECTIVE RETREAT | DAY 1 🇩🇴
Last year, the Post Op Collective took me to Cali, Colombia. This year… Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Round two — and I already knew this was going to be a special week.
After a full day of travel, Day 1 was really about arriving, settling in and reconnecting as we officially kicked off this year’s Post Op Collective Retreat, once again hosted by Latysha, RMT | Post Op Specialist | Wellness Biz Strategist
Our first evening together was a private all-white welcome dinner — cocktails, a curated menu, plenty of conversation, and our first look at the itinerary.
One of my favourite parts of experiences like this is everything that happens outside of the actual training. Being in another country surrounded by professionals who genuinely care about this work, exchanging knowledge and experiences, making connections, and getting to experience a different culture while doing it.
And if last year in Colombia taught me anything, it’s that there is SO much more to learn when you’re willing to leave your own little corner of the world to find it.
Over the next few days, I’m taking you with me — from clinical training and hands-on education to the behind-the-scenes moments that make these trips what they are.
Day 1: Santo Domingo, we have arrived.
Tomorrow, the real work begins.
Never in a million years did I imagine my work would bring me here.
To another country. Surrounded by like-minded professionals. Learning, connecting, growing — and quite literally, glowing.
This week in the Dominican Republic has already been such a reminder of how far this journey has taken me — and how much further there still is to go.
Like… wow. I really made it here.
And somehow, I still feel like I’m only getting started.

One of these has a recovery period. The other has consequences. Choose wisely.

An authentic Colombian faja will sn**ch your waist, your soul and your whole personality. Consider yourself warned ⚠️
If you’ve ever worn one, you already know. The compression is COMPRESSION-ING
But fajas aren’t just about getting the smallest waist possible. In the post-op world, the right garment, the right fit and the right stage of compression can play an important role in supporting the body throughout recovery.
And tighter does not automatically mean better.
Poorly fitted or overly aggressive compression can create pressure points, discomfort, restricted movement and unwanted contour irregularities — which is exactly why garment education matters just as much as the garment itself.
There’s an entire science and technique behind postoperative compression, and Colombia has been at the forefront of the faja and body-contouring world for decades 🇨🇴
It’s also one of the reasons I’ve continued investing in international postoperative education — learning from different techniques, cultures and approaches so I can bring that knowledge back into my own practice.
NEXT UP 👉 SANTO DOMINGO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC 🇩🇴
Stay tuned for another postoperative adventure with like minded individuals! September 27 - October 3, 2026

Introducing the LymphAddict Monthly Memberships 🖤
If lymphatic drainage has become part of the way you care for your body, your membership should give you more than just an appointment on the calendar.
The LymphAddict Monthly Memberships were created for clients who want to make consistent lymphatic care part of their routine, while receiving preferred pricing and added benefits for doing so.
And the value starts with the treatments themselves.
THE ESSENTIAL FLOW $125/month
Includes 1 Manual Lymphatic Drainage session — a $145 value. That’s already $20 in monthly savings, plus 15% off any additional services booked within the same billing cycle.
Perfect if you simply want one intentional reset each month and a more accessible way to maintain your lymphatic wellness consistently.
THE ELEVATED FLOW $250/month
Includes 2 Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions — a $290 value. That’s $40 of built-in savings every month, plus 20% off any additional services and complimentary Vibration Therapy with each visit.
Designed for those who want a little more consistency and want to stay ahead of that heavy, puffy, “I need a drainage” feeling rather than waiting for it.
THE INFINITE FLOW $375/month
Includes 3 Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions — a $435 value. That’s $60 built-in monthly savings before any of the additional benefits are even considered.
Infinite members also receive 25% off additional services, complimentary Vibration + Red Light Therapy with every visit, and a complimentary Sculpted Profile facial contouring & drainage treatment during their birthday month ($140 value).
The idea isn’t to convince you that you need more appointments.
It’s to give more value to the clients who already understand how different they feel when lymphatic care becomes something they do consistently rather than occasionally.
One visit. Two visits. Three visits.
Choose the Flow that actually fits your lifestyle.
Swipe to compare all three memberships and see which level makes the most sense for you. No hidden fees, no minimum commitment, cancel anytime.
