We create places where people belong. A strong community needs places to gather, connect, explore and simply spend time together. That’s what we’re building at Base31.

From free cultural experiences, live music, and festivals to pickleball courts, and historic audio tours, there are more ways to use and enjoy the District than ever.

We also make space for the organizations that make Prince Edward County stronger, providing affordable and subsidized access, storage and operational support to local nonprofits, charities, community groups and emergency services.

And as Base31 grows, that commitment will grow with it.

Parks, open spaces, walkable streets, community amenities and places for local artists and businesses will be part of the neighbourhoods we’re creating with BaseLiving.
