• Policy Analyst at the Privy Council Office, Government of Canada during the Chrétien Administration with responsibility to advise the Prime Minister of Canada and senior members of the Federal Cabinet on policy decisions.

• Policy Analyst in multiple Federal Government Departments, including the Treasury Board of Canada.

• Assistant Professor/Part Time Lecturer in Political Science at McGill and Concordia Universities (1986-1995) as well as at Royal Military College (1995-1998).

• Published author of numerous academic journal articles and two books on municipal government. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

• Organizer of fundraising events and benefit concerts raising over $170,000.00 for local charities including West Island Community Shares, WIAIH, Pointe-Claire Amateur Soccer Association, Ecole Marguerite-Bourgeoys, Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation and Maison des Soins Palliatifs Vaudreuil-Soulanges.
