Cost of therapeutic botox is $387.50 per 100 U. Cost of therapeutic botox usually covered by private drug plans. If not, Allergan will cover botox cost of first treatment! Injection fee $225.00 (not covered)
Initial consult complimentary. No pressure, just a chance to come and ask questions and see if you are interested. Cost includes treatment, and all follow up visits for that treatment.
