Day #2 of ReCap'n & replacing OpAmps on my Malcolm Toft built Trident Audio Developments 80B.
Managed to shave off an hour from 5 hours to just under Four.
38 more to go.

One strip has taken me just under 5 hours to Recap & upgrade the OpAmps. I made two mistakes. Corrected them. I've never soldered anything this intricate before, I believe I'm getting the hang of it.

That's a wrap for Derek Joyce Music.
This has been, for the most part, my favorite project to work on. Derek is a great lyricist, had a vision, and stuck to what he wanted. It was a privilege to record and mix this body of work, and I can't wait to hear the mastered versions of these songs.
There were deaths, sickness, and exhaustion during the making of this record, but we kept marching toward the goal line. Even when those lines were blurred at moments, we still pushed forward. And to Derek's credit, his vision for this project remained constant like the north star.
I'm super proud of the work I and everyone involved put toward this record: Justin's drums, Lisa's vocals, and Aiden's bass. The choir, the trumpet, the harp, and the piano; so many people passed through our doors to make this project and what was in Derek's head come to life.
