Jerky Factory

Well it's our last week in our current location and unfortunately we haven't found our new home yet. Thank you to all that have been looking and giving us suggestions to look into. We will have to close till we find a new spot and the last week of June will be used to pack up and clean out the store. Everyday this week but Friday we will have a fresh pot of soup available and other lunch items. Today is Chili Wednesday well be Turkey Rice and Thursday will be Split Pea. All the great products we make will have a small discount so come and stock up on jerky, meals and treats. Bread will be made as usual this week and to make sure you get the Bread you want or to get that extra loaf to tide you over give us a call or message to pre order. Thank you for all your support over the years and hopefully there is only a small delay in our service.

A message to all of our very loyal customers.
Our time in our location is coming to an end and, unfortunately, we haven't found a new store to move into.
We have been diligently looking for a new location for our unique little shop.
We have been operating on the Hart for 20 years and we would love to remain a Hart business, but we will consider other locations as well.
We are asking if anybody has any knowledge of any available locations that we can look into.

In the meantime it is business as usual for us. We will keep everyone posted about our search.
And we are asking everyone to drop in and leave their name, number and email address so that we can contact them when we are able to reopen our doors.

And, yes, today is a bread day so there will be lots of yummy cinnamon buns and other breads later today.

Wednesday April 17th, bread day.
Today for lunch we have Taco Buns and sandwiches ( Egg and Salmon ). Got a batch of Lasagna and Cabbage Rolls done this weekend. For those of you who don't know, we make hamburger patties. A package of 4 5oz and now a monster burger (2 pack of 9oz patties) perfect for your up coming BBQs. We have some fresh Apple Pie and Blueberry Scones, Carrot and Zucchini Muffins and even few Apple Pies today. Cinnamon buns will be ready after noon for only $3 each. Jerky Factory and so much more.

Wednesday April 10th and it's bread day again. We have fresh scones, muffins ( Blueberry and Apple Pie scones. Carrot, Zucchini, and Banana muffins. ) and we even have a few Banana Chocolate Chip loaves. Taco buns and sandwiches for lunch.
Cinnamon Buns will be ready about noon for only $3 each

Wednesday Bread day.
We have a few things for lunch today. Fresh pot of split pea soup, sandwiches and taco buns are available and make it a combo with one of our delicious treats and a cold beverage. We will be taking orders for for Hot Cross buns, dinner buns and pies and if your favorite bread was not in stock last time you were in feel free to call ahead a day or 2 in advance and reserve it. We will be open Friday March 29th but closed Sunday March 31st.

Thank you all for a successful PI Day. It is always best to pre-order to make sure we have what you want. We had so many orders that we didn't get much out for our drop in customers. We make pies and all sorts of baked goods all the time and if we don't have what you want at the time of your visit feel free to place an order or request. Today is bread day as well so come see what we can make for you.

Well it's here again, Pie Day (PI 3.14......). Come by on Thursday and see what pies we have for sale. For best selection and to guarantee you get one, feel free to call the shop 250-962-1823 or send us a personal message. Orders must be in by 5pm tomorrow Wednesday March 13th. We will be making Apple, Cherry, Blueberry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Raisin, Pumpkin, Lemon Meringue and a few cream pies.

Just sliced up yesterdays bread ( White, Whole Wheat, Breakfast Slice and Dark Rye). Fresh Potato Bread and buns are being baked and will be ready around 3. A new batch of our No-Bake Cheesecakes and Carrot muffins are ready to go. All stocked up on jerky too. Come check out the crafts from our local vendors like soup kits, spicy chocolate, greeting cards, jewelry, soap and so much more.

Sorry for the inconvenience yesterday that we were not able to process electronic payments, it has all been resolved and we are back and running. Today for lunch we have Taco buns, Calzones, Egg and Salmon Sandwiches, Split Pea soup and Butter Chicken. We made a few pies ( Apple and Strawberry Rhubarb ), Carrot Muffins and Ham and Cheese scones and our ever popular Cinnamon buns.
Fresh breads and buns will be available starting around noon. Finally caught up on all our meals including Cabbage Rolls and good assortment of Jerky ready to go.
