✨ Starts this Saturday! ✨

Tag your parents friends, this is a series they won’t wanna miss

In this six week session, parents with babies age 1 month to 12 months (pre-walkers) are invited to register. Classes will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 am on Saturdays.

Each class will begin with a circle time where we will welcome each child and parent to class. Jennifer will introduce stretches and songs designed specifically for babies. We will then move through a series of movements and postures which are strengthening and beneficial to parents, while engaging and enjoyable for babies.

This is a fun-focused, relaxed and judgement-free environment where participants are welcome to take any feeding or changing breaks necessary.

Y’all it’s waitlist season - and we have our policies for a reason. Great time to review so you don’t get smacked with a fee.

In a perfect world when registration opens for a class only the people who actually come will sign up. But, we do not live in a perfect world and that’s okay. Some classes have a massive turn over, (up to thirty people will have signed up and then cancelled). So ya.. we have our polices to be as fair as possible.

If you have any questions please reach out.
