I found this little one in a growing cage.
I think he has some potential, the ears could be better but overall I like him.
I'll keep an eye on him 👀
I love this little guy ! I was looking in the cage and my eyes caught that little guy in the middle of his 4 siblings 😆... and I was right, I put him on the table and he was just sitting there upright, already posing.
I heard some very successful breeders saying that we shouldn't have to work hard to pose them, if they have the correct structure, they should sit correctly by themself. And then we just have to adjust a little bit.
That's what we are focusing at the moment. After dealing with "pancake rabbits" for too long 😅

Urban Dwarfs' Carwash
I think this young opal buck is very solid. He is short, has good bones. His head is developping nicely. His ears are pretty well open when he's not stressed out. It's the kind of buck we might keep in our breeding program !

Urban Dwarfs' Sinister
It was Sinister's first show last weekend and he won his first leg, BOB and Honorable Mention.
He's special because he's an F1 outcross from my line, the fantastic Urban Dwarfs' Dody Goodman, and Jeremy's line, the Legend Jer's Make it rain. We never know what will be the outcome with such different style of dwarfs. But I'm pretty happy with the result.
Looking at Make it Rain's pedigree, I found out that there are a lot of amazing rabbits from the Coin's line and from Mitch's line also. So it makes more sense why it crossed well with my line, because I know that those lines crossed very well with my line in the past.
Here is a picture from the show where he's almost senior and the other picture is when he was around 2 months old. In between he became very ugly 😅 so we have to be careful, and not cull too early.

I had a very nice day at Expo Rive-Nord Show today in Assomption,Qc 🐰🏆
I was excited to finally bring with me 4 rabbits in good show condition. The coats were on point, very happy with that.
Our beautiful silver marten buck Urban Dwarfs' Sinister won BOB and Honorable Mention in show B under judge Mary Ellen Stamets !!!
I brough with me our first homegrown broken buck and he won BOB show A under judge Bruce Ormsby.
It was nice to see everyone and Thank you so much to Vero for the great organisation.

Nice day at the Granby Show !!
We didn't have many rabbits to show, mostly juniors. But the star of the show was Jer's Sidecar who won BOB show C under Matt Bishop.
