Le client a eu une fuite d'eau et a retiré le revêtement en papier des plaques de plâtre. La surface endommagée a dû être stabilisée avec l'apprêt haute performance Zinsser BIN à base de gomme-laque. Deux couches de finition ont été appliquées, puis l'apprêt a été réamorcé. Le client terminera la peinture.

Client had a water leak and removed the sheetrock paper finish. The damaged surface had to be stabilized with Zinsser BIN Shellac-BasedUltimate Performance Primer. Double skim coated and reprimed. Client will finish painting.

The floor was opened (plumbing issue) and then had to be repaired. Saved some of the original flooring and did a replacement.
