Fine Osteotomy™ Case Planning Series: Step 3. Review & Approval.

Once the design is complete, the case moves into the review and approval phase.

Using Preplink™, surgeons can navigate the case plan, review the 3D model, assess the planned correction, and evaluate hardware positioning before manufacturing begins.

The platform also allows surgeons to provide feedback, request adjustments, and approve the final plan within the same workflow.

This step helps ensure the digital plan is fully aligned with the surgeon’s plan before manufacturing begins.

Next up: Manufacturing & QC, where the approved plan becomes a patient-specific solution.

Fine Osteotomy™ Case Planning Series: Step 2. Design

Once imaging is complete, the planning process moves into the design phase.

Using the patient’s 3D model and imaging data, the team develops a patient‑specific surgical plan centered on the intended correction.

Patient‑specific guides and plates are then designed based on alignment targets, bone anatomy, and screw positioning.

The goal: support a planned correction tailored to the patient, before entering the OR.

Next up: Communication & Approval, where surgeons review and interact with the case plan in Preplink™.
