Due to no fault of her own, Toto, our sweet, radar eared girl is back in our care. She thought she had found her forever home, but due to personal circumstances, she had to be surrendered back to Next Chapter.

And while she doesn't mind being in her foster home (the same one she spent her first few months in!) she certainly would like to find that perfect forever home.

She's a real sweetheart, who loves her people, loves to play and does well with dogs, cats and kids. She is potty trained and crate trained and knows all her basic manners!

She loves to play fetch and explore outdoors and would be a great match for any family looking for a loyal best friend.

Toto is a 6 month old Shep Cross (maybe.) She is up to date on shots, dewormer, microchip and is eligible for a delayed spay for an adoption fee of $600.

This is Jersey.

She isn't a dog actually.

She's a racing ninja cow.

Yep.

This girl isn't meant for the slow life. She's not gonna sit, snuggled against your lap while you watch Days of Our Lives.

No sir.

She has two speeds - sneak ninja attack and TURBO MODE.

She likes to run. She likes to play. She likes to wrestle. She likes to take her siblings out at the knees with her silent hunting prowess.

She'd actually be amazing at dog sports or agility. Or - herding cows...or running circles around you.

Jersey is smart - soo stinkin smart and she just figures stuff out like she's got a human brain in there. She'll outsmart you - and she's pretty sure of that.

But, she's also pretty. Like REALLY FRICKING PRETTY. Have you seen a cuter puppy?

We don't think you have.

She's also a really nice dog. She's happy and spunky and loves her people - even if she doesn't want to snuggle 100% of the time. She'd be the perfect addition to an active family or for someone who wants an adventure buddy whose ready to give it her all.

Here are four reasons...

These four cats have been in the Roam Room for months...and, as adult cats at a rescue, we don't have high hopes that they will be going to their forever home any time soon (unfortunately adult cats aren't in high demand, no matter how friendly or cuddly they are.)

They are welcome to stay here and call this their home for as long as they need to - months, years, the rest of their life even...

And we've promised that we'd make it a good home.

Obviously they've found friends and cuddle buddies.
They get to meet people and hang out with our volunteers.

But they still need the very basics to survive. Food. Water.

And LITTER.

For $500, we can buy a pallet of litter, with approximately 30 bags.

That's only $17.00 a bag.

Instead of going to McDonald's for lunch today - why not pack a lunch, and donate that $17.00 instead?

Because these four - and their 40 other buddies in the Roam Rooms need the necessities. And while we are happy to buy it - we could do so much more for them, and all their friends that are out in the cold, if it was donated instead.

THE CATS HAVE SPOKEN… AND THEY’RE DEMANDING LITTER.

Apparently, feeding them, loving them, cuddling them, and finding them forever homes isn’t enough. They would also like us to provide the fine dining experience known as a clean litter box.

Our shelter and foster cats go through a LOT of litter. Like… a LOT. We’re currently needing to purchase approximately 30 bags of clumping cat litter, which will cost us around $500.

If you can spare a few dollars to help us reach our goal, you’ll be directly helping keep our shelter and foster kitties clean, comfortable, and happy.

A little while ago we asked you all for help with naming this litter of kittens. We received a ton of ideas and had a good laugh at a couple of them. We asked our volunteers and they have decided on a suggested theme.

So let us officially introduce you to..... THE CATSTREET BOYS!!!!
Kevin, Howie, Brian, Nick and AJ.

These super sweet boys are not quite ready for adoption yet but will be looking for their new homes soon.
