Miss Alberta High School Rodeo

Women in rodeo, ranches and western roots!

From women who built ranches alongside their families to the athletes competing in breakaway roping, barrel racing, cutting, and every role behind the scenes, women have helped shape the western community for generations. We prove every day that grit and grace can go hand in hand.

Being a rodeo queen means so much more than wearing a crown. It’s about representing the values that make this community special—respect, sportsmanship, hard work, and giving back. The crown is a reminder that young girls deserve someone to look up to, someone who shows that you can chase big dreams while staying true to your western roots.

As Miss Alberta High School Rodeo Queen, I’m proud to represent not only the competitors in the arena, but every woman who helps keep rodeo going—whether she’s riding, roping, ranching, volunteering, or cheering from the stands.

Because when women succeed in rodeo, we inspire the next generation to believe there’s a place for them here too.

Until next time,
With grace, grit and glitter 🩷

At every D1 High School rodeo we need 10 people to carry sponsor flags! If you are interested in helping out on any of the weekends please let me know. It can be anyone including jr high athletes, boys, girls, parents or siblings. Any help is very appreciated and makes our rodeo run smoothly while showcasing our sponsors who make this all possible!

A fun day at the Okotoks Pro Rodeo! ❤️🤠

The queens had a great time helping with the pancake breakfast, kids dummy roping, mutton busting and grand entry!

Our day colour was red to show our support for our military members and first responders. It was a meaningful reminder that the rodeo community stands for more than the rodeo itself— it’s about coming together as a community and helping those who need it most and it recognizes the hero’s who spend their lives being selfless so that we can enjoy days like these.

One of the most special parts of the day was spending time with Sloane, our Golden Circle of Champions child. We had the chance to take her for a ride on the horses, and seeing her smile made it a moment I’ll never forget. She also got to experience all the amazing Golden Circle activities throughout the day, and it was such an honour to be a small part of making her rodeo experience so memorable.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to represent our association at such an amazing rodeo and to be part of moments that remind me why I love this community so much.

Until next time, with grace, grit and glitter 💙

I truly was so blessed to have such a fantastic weekend at the Canadian High School Finals Rodeo! Team Alberta did a phenomenal job representing our province and showing our grit and athleticism across the country. Every athlete here should be incredibly proud of themselves! Good job to all of the Alberta athletes who qualified and to those who won Canadian championships!
Canada really is a beautiful place to rodeo and I am so grateful to be an ambassador for the Alberta High School Rodeo Association! 🍁❤️

Until next time, with grace, grit and glitter 💙
