🤠 JUST 20 DAYS TO GO UNTIL OUR AGM! 🤠

Who’s ready to find out who will be taking home the 2026 Season Awards?! 🏆

We’d also love to see as many members as possible out for the AGM, as we have a few important items to discuss and vote on.

Remember, this is YOUR membership club. Your voice matters, we need you there, it makes it much harder to bring forward changes and ideas that can help make our club even better.

💬 Have something you’d like addressed at the meeting?
Send me your ideas, questions, or topics you’d like discussed, and we’ll make sure they are added to the agenda.

Let’s finish off an amazing 2026 season together with a fun, informative evening, good conversation, and a little celebration of another great year!

🤠 We look forward to seeing you there!
🏆 Come for the awards — stay for the future of the club!

P.s. Don't forget potluck, and a auction item please

Thank you so much for capturing some moments at finals.

We are excited to have the opportunity to host the finals this year!

With that said, we kindly ask that everyone who has already registered please send in their payment as soon as possible to secure their spot.

We have a waiting list of participants we were unable to accommodate this year, so any unpaid registrations may need to be released to those on the waiting list.

Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation. We are looking forward to an exciting, fun-filled weekend in the pen with everyone!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to help.
