Trinity United Church

Orange Shirt Sunday – September 27
This Sunday, Trinity United joins communities across Canada in marking Orange Shirt Sunday, a day to remember the First Nations children who were taken from their families and communities through theresidential school system and to honour survivors, their families and communities. We gather to listen, remember, and recommit ourselves to the ongoing work of truth, reconciliation and
healing.

We invite everyone to wear orange as a visible sign that Every Child Matters.

Thank you to all those who joined with us to celebrate Trinity's 60th anniversary. You are always welcome! Thank you especially to Rev Janice MacLean and Marilyn for joining with us and for your special message to us. Thank you to Rev. Steve Berube for all you do. I would be remiss if I did not Thank all the others who helped in anyway. We will be leaving pictures and posters up for a few weeks so feel free to check out who you recognize in the past and present.

Reminder!! Trinity United Church celebrating their 60th anniversary 11:00 am today. All are welcome!

Our service Sunday was questions and answers with Rev Steve and Rev Peggy followed by a free barbecue for church members, community and friends. Did not have a picture during the barbecue so added another picture of Dennis and Peggy and Sue after the barbecue.
