Re hydrating raisins and soaking them in vanilla
Added cubed butter, flour, salt and sugar to the mixer.

It’s been a long time since I posted.
But I’ve still been baking when I can, mostly for my family, friends, and a very small group of my followers. Baking sourdough is something I enjoy with a passion.

My family and I are starting to settle into our (new to us, but very old) first home.

I have plans to start going through the steps again for opening up my home based business sometime this spring/summer 🥰

In the meantime, enjoy this photo of last nights mozzarella stuffed pretzels brushed with garlic butter. They were gone so fast and I’ll definitely be making more soon. They will be added to my menu as well as different flavours
