How fortunate are we to have the caliber of coaches we have across New Brunswick and right here in our own dojos?

Behind every student who steps onto the competition floor and every athlete who stands on the podium is a coach who helped guide them there.

Their commitment goes far beyond competition day. It’s the countless hours of teaching, encouraging, challenging, supporting and inspiring our athletes to be their best, both in and out of the dojo.

🏅 National Coaches Week | September 14–20

This week, Karate New Brunswick recognizes the coaches who give their time, knowledge and energy to support athletes across our province.

From introducing athletes to the sport to helping them develop, compete, and reach new levels, coaches play an important role in karate at every stage.

🥋 Take your kumite to the next level this summer!

We're excited to welcome Yevhen Motovylin, Canada Coach and Head Coach of Karate Alberta, to the 2026 KNB Competitive Summer Camp.

The camp also includes kata instruction, making it a great opportunity for athletes interested in both disciplines. Participants will benefit from quality coaching, technical development, competition preparation, and a positive training environment for all levels.
