I'm Hayley Flinn. (Also known as 'Haven'). I created Vibrant Embodiment® to support souls on their journey to embodying their full, vibrant essence. As an Embodiment Guide & Artist, I am passionate about facilitating transformational experiences that deepen ones connection with themselves, so they may express their authenticity and live in alignment with their souls truth. What I do in a nutshell: I create safe environments for growth & nourishment, guiding individuals and groups in breathwork, conscious dance journeys & soul purpose coaching. I am also a filmmaker & actor, who loves to create meaningful, inspiring content with other creative, like-minded people. So, what can you expect working with me?
