I want to know…👇

Life is now, dude. Not when you lose 10lbs.

Share this so all the dudes who say they “would never” can see it.

You exercise for so many reasons that have nothing to do with making up for what you ate, dude.

To build muscle.
To stay strong.
To boost your health and longevity.
To lower your risk of disease.
To feel f*cking good in your body.

Exercise is never a punishment.

And food isn’t a reward you earned for moving.

If fat loss is your goal, what you eat matters most. Your workouts will make you strong and resilient.

Two different jobs. Two different categories.

Save this one for the next time you catch yourself thinking, “But I worked out today…”

Just a friendly reminder that most of the fitness content on here is overly sensationalist and alarmist. Just put your phone down and get on with the basic healthy habits that yes, worked at 35 - and will work now. ✌️

It’s your clothes’ job to fit you. Not the other way around.

There is no magic “over 40” training program. Your program should adapt to YOU, not an arbitrary age.

Here’s how to tell if someone knows what they’re talking about or if they’re just trying to sell you supplements and shame.

1.Credentials. If someone’s talking about hormones, they should be an endocrinologist. Not a personal trainer, not a chiropractor, and definitely not an influencer. Look into their background. Don’t just trust the vibe or the fact that they have a million followers.

2.Consensus. Does this advice line up with what other experts are saying? Or are they the lone wolf shouting controversial stuff just to go viral? Hot take: real science is boring. It’s usually slow, consistent, and backed by evidence - not outrage.

3.Conflict of interest. Who benefits if you believe this? Are they trying to help you—or sell you something? Big red flag? When someone’s advice magically leads to only one solution - their product.

4.Common sense. If someone tells you fruit is making you fat or you need to stick coffee up your butt for detox... please. Use your brain. If it sounds wild, it probably is.

5.Confirmation bias. Are you loving this advice just because it’s what you want to hear? “Like - ‘Oh, cool, I don’t have to eat vegetables because this one guy said they’re toxic’? Yeah, no. You’re not off the hook.

6.Communication style. Is this person open to questions? Do they ever admit when they’re wrong? Or are they just yelling one-size-fits-all solutions with zero nuance? If someone shuts down comments or never engages with other experts... red flag.
