And we're off! Grafting season is officially underway. Starting with the crabs since they are bursting at the buds, barely waiting to get growing. Got 24 done today. Only 2,440 grafts left to go. 😂

V is for victory! Replacing the row end posts is not a fun job. The post at the top of row V in block three failed at the end of the last growing season. It has been tilted, precariously, into the aisle since then. Last week, our fearless team member, Will, dug the old post base out and put in a whole new one. This is Will celebrating his win. Look! Some awesome old (new to us) cider varieties we are hoping to add to our collection this year!

We're getting ourselves ready for grafting season. We know it is still more than a month off, but there's lots of prep that goes into it. We've been harvesting scion wood and sourcing new varieties. And our root stock order is in and will be ready for pick up earlier than ever before.
