Mabel Brewing Co.was established in 2021, utilizing a shared kitchen space provided by the Kamloops Food Policy Council as the initial production hub. The successful launch at the Kamloops Regional Farmers' Market in spring 2022 quickly demonstrated strong market demand, prompting the need to expand operations by relocating to their own dedicated production facility.
