Co-operatives First is a non-profit organization funded by Federated Co-operatives Limited and the Co-operative Retailing System. Founded in 2015, the organization provides co-op start-up resources, such as feasibility studies, business plans, and

Thank you once again to the Saskatoon Tribal Council for hosting the Every Child Matters pow wow to commemorate the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Our team appreciates the opportunity to come together with the community to reflect on the harms of residential schools, and the importance of telling the truth of their impact in order to work towards reconciliation, together.

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is a day to honour the stories and experiences of residential school survivors.

An important part of reconciliation is learning and understanding. That’s why we created the Indigenous Awareness for Co-op Leader course, designed to deepen knowledge of Indigenous history, treaties, residential schools, and allyship.

The course is self-paced and free, find it here: https://bit.ly/3JkJpn0
