Maison Design+Build is a boutique builder specializing in delivering design-driven homes to the Saskatoon market. Our creative advantage is understanding the intrinsic link between the design and construction processes. Before the basement is even dug, we plan fine details like the kitchen layout and the placement of lighting to ensure that each layer of construction is executed correctly. We believe that good design should not be an upgrade. We believe in sustainability – EnergyStar certification is our base level of construction. But most importantly, we believe that you cannot separate the elements that make a home. We pay the closest attention to construction techniques, design details and energy efficiency to create homes that are both livable and beautiful. Because who doesn’t want both?
