Construction is moving quickly on the new Sherwood Co-op store in Indian Head!

We are so proud of our crew for all their hard work and could not be more excited for the community of Indian Head! Stay tuned for more updates!

The La Loche hotel has officially begun construction in our yard!

We are very excited to be the design-build partner on this project, and even more excited about the opportunities it will bring to Clearwater River Dene Nation and Métis Nation–Saskatchewan Local 39.

The hotel will support NexGen's Rook I Project and regional needs, and will include a conference room, restaurant, and cultural heritage centre.

With landscaping now complete, Smart Bays South is officially finished!

As this location wraps up, our next one is already underway, this time in Regina! Construction has officially begun at 102 & 110 Solomon Drive. The new development will feature three unit sizes to suit a variety of needs.

Another grand opening is in the books!

On Thursday, we celebrated the grand opening of Jubilee Terrace right here in Saskatoon! It was awesome celebrating alongside everyone who helped bring this project to life, and we're thrilled to know the first residents have already moved into their new homes.

We were also pleased to present a watercolour painting of Jubilee Terrace that our lead designer on the project, Pam, created as a thank you gift!

On Friday, we celebrated the grand opening of the English River First Nation Band Office!

It was awesome to see staff and community members experience the space for the first time. We couldn't be prouder of our team and project partners whose hard work, dedication, and collaboration brought this vision to life.

We are close to shipping our Cowessess First Nation Office and Training Centre project!

The siding, millwork, and paint are all coming together, and the place is really starting to take shape. Stay tuned to see the final product!

Last Friday, our team competed in our annual 3twenty Amazing Race! 🏆

Teams raced across the city, completing challenges at past and current projects, special places in 3twenty's history, and visiting our friends at J&H Builder's Warehouse and 101 Doors and Windows Ltd !

It's always a great afternoon bringing the team together for some friendly competition. Congrats to the winning team!

Our team has been hard at work on site in Patuanak finishing our English River First Nation Band Office Project with Tron Construction, and we're excited to share a first look at the completed building!

The entire 15,717-square-foot band office is filled with thoughtful details and design elements that we can't wait to share. Stay tuned for the rest of the photos!

Last week, we had the honour of attending the Iskwiw Awasis Waskaykan grand opening in Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation!

We're incredibly proud to have been part of such a meaningful project and are excited to know the first group of women will be moving in soon.
