Baylee’s dad drove her to meet Tyler for their first look in the car that he’s been fixing up. Baylee’s dad proposed to her mom inside this car so it felt extra special to include it in their day. Together they shared personal vows followed by a ceremony in the cutest little pink church, filled with all of their people.

Emily & Dawson’s wedding felt like one long dinner party in the best possible way.

Olive trees, overflowing florals, fresh fruit, a five-course meal, heartfelt speeches, traditional Greek dancing, 20 bridesmaids & a room full of people who couldn’t have been happier to celebrate them.

A day that felt every bit as beautiful as it looked.

Some weddings stay with you because of the details… Others stay with you because of how they felt.

Alexis and Andrew chose a day that felt wonderfully uncomplicated. 50 of their favourite people. An outdoor ceremony. An evening at the art gallery. One of the hottest days of the year.

Before it all began, they sat outside together that morning and read the vows they’d written for one another. There was no wedding party, no rushing from one thing to the next, just an afternoon spent wandering the city together before celebrating with the people they love most.

A wedding day isn’t meant to be something you just get through. It’s something to experience.

Their day was exactly that. 💫

There’s something incredibly special about getting to observe people on one of the biggest days of their lives.

I get to watch families grow bigger. I see hugs last a little longer. Parents trying to soak in every second. Friends looking at each other with the kind of joy that only comes from years of shared memories.

And then there are the quieter moments. The in-betweens. The spaces before they come to life. The atmosphere. The details that tell the story alongside everything else.

They’re easy to miss while you’re living them but somehow they’re often the moments that mean the most years later.

Maybe that’s what I love most about photographing weddings… Getting to notice the things that might otherwise be missed and preserve them for the people who lived them.
