Lexis Homes

Just living its best nine lives here!
We all know who the boss of this build was. 🐈🐾

🎉 Happy Birthday, Tanis! 🎉

Tanis is the mastermind behind our warranty, social media, and so much of the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps everything running smoothly!

She’s also our creative genius, always managing to capture everyone’s most questionable moments and providing us with an endless supply of blooper reels. 😂

Swipe to the second photo for a perfect example of why Tanis is usually the one in charge of our socials… just not today! The rest of the Lexis team has taken over. 😎

We hope your day is filled with lots of cake, laughter, and celebration. Happy Birthday, Tanis! 🥳🎂

Some houses hide storage bins under the stairs. This one hides a wine room. 🍷

This geometric wine holder is doing some serious heavy lifting here! Storing the good stuff! 🤗

🔑 Handing over the keys never gets old!

❤️ We are genuinely grateful they chose us! From start to finish, their easy going vibes made the whole journey a lot of fun!

🥳 Congratulations to these two on their possession day!!

Modern Gallery Living, Part Two

Kitchens like this are why we love our job. 🙌

This one straight up puts you in a good mood. 😁

So much to love here — maple cabinetry, marble backsplash, those ceiling beams adding some visual interest, under cabinet lighting… plus a huge dining window that connects you right to nature and transom windows pulling in even more light.

And that pop of colour in the dining space? Chef’s kiss. 😘
