Dance Elements promotes a nurturing environment, fostering the growth in performance of dance arts and musicality of the individual student. Dance Elements keeps the fun and passion in dance while offering recreational and competitive level instruction. Our vision is to promote dance education through certified instruction in a positive environment for all pupils at any stage of dance.

Today, Dance Elements is closed in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
Today is a day to honour the children who never returned home, remember the Survivors of residential schools, and acknowledge the lasting impact on Indigenous families, communities, and generations.
We take time to listen, learn, reflect, and remember. 🧡

BALLET 🩰
Dance Elements primarily uses the RAD syllabus, a globally recognized standard. We
also incorporate Vaganova, PBT, CDTA ballet and Finis Jhung methods for non-exam
classes. All syllabi build strong technical ballet with artistry. RAD exams are offered
annually but are optional. Pointe is available for intermediate and higher-level dancers.
Dance Elements’ curriculum, set by qualified instructors and approved by the director
and team leads, ensures dancers receive quality training.
