www.KevinR.ca Let's build a better future together! Scarborough Southwest City Council candidate. Cities Engineering @ UofT. #Ward20 #ScarbTO
I am a resident of Scarborough Southwest with an engineering background who cares deeply about our community. I have found that some of our most pressing issues were not of hard infrastructure, but of social infrastructure. I have made connections with communities to build up a vision and bring people together. As we grapple with the challenges and opportunities of the future, we must accept that the city has changed. We have an opportunity to elect a City Council that understands the experiences of and shares the priorities of the diverse people of this city. That is why I am running for City Council on behalf of my community of Scarborough Southwest.

The infamous intersection at Warden-Clonmore-Hollis has gotten some basic maintenance, but we deserve better: we deserve safer streets that are re-engineered, not just repaved.

There's a data centre here in Scarborough Southwest that has an application to grow and expand. We need a Councillor we can count on to listen to residents' concerns and do more to stop it. Join me to help pause the expansion: KevinR.ca/Data

We had a blast on Monday and I'm proud to have the endorsements of CUPE Local 79, the Toronto & York Region Labour Council , and ATU Local 113. Unions are the backbone of our workforce and responsible for so many of the gains we've made around decent work. Plus, they're fun to party with on a statutory holiday! I'm grateful for their support of our campaign in Scarborough Southwest.
It's back to school time for more than just the kids - I'm glad to be back at Tamil class at Sitpi Academy

I was proud to walk in today's Labour Day Parade, a tradition that's about celebrating the rights that workers have gained over the last 100+ years. I'm also proud to have the endorsement of CUPE Local 79 and the Toronto & York Region Labour Council - I'm committed to being a champion for working class people and families in Scarborough Southwest and across Toronto.
Happy Labour Day everyone!
