๐ŸŽญ Help Reopen a Selkirk Landmark!

The Garry Theatre is preparing to welcome audiences back, and we're hiring friendly, community-minded individuals to join our Front of House team and be part of bringing this historic Selkirk landmark back to life.

Be part of something bigger than a job.

The Garry Theatre's reopening is about more than movies and events. It's about restoring a gathering place at the heart of our community. We're looking for people who want to create meaningful experiences and help build a welcoming space where people come together to laugh, learn, celebrate, and make memories.

โœ… Paid training provided
โœ… Evening and weekend work
โœ… Flexible part-time hours
โœ… Ticketing, concessions, ushering & guest services

Compensation: $16.40/hour. As a newly reopening community theatre, we're building something special with a team of people who care about service and are invested in building a bright future for the Garry Theatre.

Whether you're a student, retiree, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply by sending your resume, a brief cover letter, and availability to [email protected]

Please note comments are turned off, all questions should be directed to the email above. Application deadline is September 14th.

Volunteer Update: More than 200 community members expressed interest in volunteering with the Garry Theatre during the early stages of the reopening project. We're incredibly grateful for that support and will be reaching out to you shortly with information about volunteer opportunities.

The lights are coming back on.

Be part of the story.
