I had a last minute cancellation for a drive up spot at this weekends market; I do have to be quite selective in choosing but if you are interested send me a message along with a business page and photos and I will see if I can offer you the spot.

On Behalf of Light & Lumber a $250 donation was given to the Anderson Family who are from Shellbrook, in Memory of Their Beautiful Daughter who tragically passed away this weekend by a drunk driver.

Because when a family loses a child, a community is needed.
This is why light & lumber was created to bring a sense of community and awareness to the loss community and honour those lost too soon.

We are thinking of the Anderson family during this difficult time, and will think of Brooklyn at this weekends market & always ❤️

This year’s Dirty Soda Bar is about more than just really good drinks. Some of the names on our menu carry some very special people with them. 🤍

You’ll find drinks created in loving memory of Georgia Zelensky, Daisy Buckingham, Adler Friesen, and of course, our Callie Nicole Dutka. 🐢

It’s a small way of carrying their names with us, celebrating them, and making them part of a day that has always been rooted in love, memory, and community.

I also offer private henna sessions at home, birthday parties, cultural events, community events, tradeshows, and other special occasions. I provide designs for all ages and can accommodate both small gatherings and larger events.

🎄 Introducing St. Nick’s Enchanted Forest 🎄

Callie’s Dad has been busy behind the scenes in his workshop, handcrafting these beautiful wooden Christmas trees for next weekend’s Light & Lumber Rustic Market! 🤍

Each tree is handcrafted from start to finish, with different styles including classic wooden trees, stained finishes, festive greenery (Grinch Trees) and light-up trees that are SO pretty once they’re glowing. ✨

He’ll have a selection available at the market, but quantities will be limited! If something catches your eye and happens to be sold out, don’t worry, pre-orders can be placed for St. Nick’s Enchanted Forest trees as well right at the booth which will be located at the entrance!

Come check them out next weekend and add a little handcrafted Christmas magic to your home.

a small space of remembrance at this year’s Light and Lumber Market. In honor of founder Brittany & Nick Dutka’s daughter, Callie, We’ll be creating a sea turtle for each child, each bearing their name, to form a gentle wall of love and memory.
