Advantage Athletic Therapy is a full service athletic therapy clinic located in downtown Simcoe. At Advantage Athletic Therapy, we provide personalized rehabilitation programs with a whole body approach that exceeds expectations and improves quality of life. Our treatment style revolves around individualized care, positive environment for healing and one on one manual treatment. Advantage Athletic Therapy uses the sports medicine model, which encourages the patient to be active and involved in their recovery. We strongly believe in patient education to provide you with the knowledge you need to assist the rehabilitation process in an accelerated and safe manner while preventing re-injury. Our goal is to keep you active, minimize exposure to injury and improve your overall physical performance in your sport or activity.

Now accepting new patients! We’re excited to welcome Kyla Twinem and Hannah Long to the Advantage Athletic Therapy team! 💙
✨ Kyla Twinem
Kyla is a Certified Athletic Therapist and First Responder from Norfolk County. A lifelong athlete with a passion for fitness, strength, and conditioning, she holds a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College. Kyla has worked with athletes at various levels, including Canada’s National Beach Volleyball Team and the University of Guelph. She takes an individualized approach to rehab, helping clients build strength and confidence while returning to the activities they love.
✨ Hannah Long
Hannah is a recent Camosun College Athletic Therapy graduate passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love. With experience working with athletes of all ages and activity levels, she has supported a variety of injuries and conditions, including concussions, sprains, strains, and chronic pain. Hannah takes a personalized, patient-centred approach to care, helping clients move better, build confidence, and reach their recovery goals.
