I’ve been a little quiet over here.⁣

Closing out pregnancy and soaking in the first few months with my baby girl has shifted my pace in the most beautiful way. But my heart for inclusive and adaptive gymnastics has never been stronger🤍⁣

This season has deepened my why.⁣
⁣
I believe every athlete deserves a place in our gyms. I believe inclusion isn’t a trend…it’s leadership. And I believe adaptive programming, when done intentionally, changes not just athletes…but entire gym cultures🤟🏻⁣

I’m excited to start reconnecting with gyms who feel that pull too. Gyms who want to build sustainable inclusive programs, empower their coaches with real tools, and create spaces where every ability is valued.⁣
