If you're making muffins, try adding shredded coconut to the recipe. It's delicious in carrot muffins, bran muffins, zucchini muffins, chocolate concoctions and of course, blueberry and other types of fruit-based muffins. You'll never go back! 🥥🧁 Bonus: they make the perfect school snack for kids (and parents, too).
