The RDBN Civic Address Sign Project is helping improve property identification across the region by providing highly visible civic address signs to rural properties.

Clear and visible address signs help emergency responders identify and locate the correct property, especially at night, during poor weather conditions, or in emergency situations. Civic addressing plays an important role in ensuring properties can be found when needed.

Residents participating in the project will receive a free, reflective civic address sign designed to improve visibility and make civic addresses easier to identify.

This project is made possible by the Next Generation 911 (NG911) funding program, which is administered by the Union of BC Municipalities and funded by the Province of BC.

for sponsoring the camera, which has been in operation since December. It has been a fantastic addition—giving family members and friends who can’t always be at the rink the opportunity to still watch and support their athletes.
