We’re excited to offer a new FREE Movement & Joint Health Class at Springhill Baptist Church!
Do you experience aches and pains, stiffness, or want to improve your movement? This class is designed to help you:
✅ Improve movement and mobility
✅ Support joint health
✅ Increase flexibility
✅ Feel stronger and more confident
👥 Everyone is welcome!
Suitable for seniors and people of all ages and fitness levels.
🏃 Led by an experienced coach
⏱️ 60-minute session
👕 Wear comfortable clothing
🧘 Bring a yoga mat if you have one — mats can also be provided.

🍽️ Community Lunch at Springhill Baptist Church!
Join us every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00–1:00 PM for a delicious meal and great company. Everyone is welcome! ❤️
🍝 Tuesday: Spaghetti and Meatballs
🥞 Thursday: Pancakes, Sausages, and Maple Syrup
Our wonderful volunteers work hard to prepare and serve these meals, and we are so grateful for their dedication to our community.
Come eat with us, bring a friend, and enjoy some time together! We are also looking for more volunteers to join our team. If you enjoy cooking, serving, or simply helping others, we would love to have you.
