⚡This Circuit Training class features a blend of various work out styles that combine building strength, cardio and flexibility which can be modified for any and ALL fitness levels, with music to keep you bumping along!

For this class, we will be incorporating small weights of 1-10lb depending on your comfort level. Please bring 2 weights if you have them, otherwise we have some to provide as well.
