Well I have to say that tonights event was a total success! Our first All You Can Eat Rib evening, exceeded our expectations on every level, and we just might make this a recurring event!
Thank you to everyone who came in!

Chuck ribs cut to 1/2" thick. Marinade them and Smoke or BBQ. Great tasting and easy dinner idea!
And prices at $16 per pound!
